Here is what to expect after placing an order, including handling times, Australian delivery rates, returns, and your rights.
Delivery at a glance
Handling
Orders are handled within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Transit
Transit is usually 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Estimated total
Allow approximately 4–9 business days from order processing to delivery.
Shipping rates
GST is included in displayed prices.
- Standard delivery within Australia: $120 for orders under $2,000.
- Orders of $2,000 or more qualify for free delivery.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Timing can vary with stock availability, destination, carrier capacity, weather, public holidays, and events outside our control. We will use the delivery details supplied at checkout.
Returns within 30 days
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. We do not charge a return or restocking fee. Returns are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and assessed.
How to request a return
- Contact us before sending anything back.
- Include your order number and a clear description of the reason for the return.
- Wait for the return instructions before shipping the item.
- Package the item safely and use a trackable service where appropriate.
Returns are by mail. Exchanges are not offered. Customers are responsible for return postage and safe packaging unless Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, contact us so we can assess the appropriate solution.
